My name is Carole, I am a 31-year-old nurse who lives in the beautiful Moselle Region. Before, I’ve lived and studied in Germany for 3 years. My mother tongue is Luxembourgish, but I also speak German, English, French and I understand some Italian. As a daughter of a farmer and winegrower (and as a former Luxembourgish Wine queen) I love good wine, homegrown vegetables & fruits and quality meat. My passion is to keep the traditional Luxembourgish food culture alive - like traditional conservation methods (pickling, canning, …) & rediscovering old recipes. I do consider myself as a 'foodie’, as, next to the Luxembourgish cuisine, I adore learning about and discovering international food cultures.
